As a smart‑manufacturing benchmark project of CCCC Group, the workshop targets production of core components for port machinery and offshore‑engineering equipment. It integrates technologies including a fully‑digital production management‑and‑control platform, unmanned overhead cranes, hybrid laser cutting, automatic welding and on‑line quality inspection. It reconstructs a zero‑carbon smart production system for high‑end heavy components, enables digital traceability across production processes, greatly improves processing precision and production efficiency for parts of offshore and port heavy‑duty equipment, and provides a demonstration model for the smart‑manufacturing transformation of China’s heavy‑industry sector.
